Habilis Summer Hill provides safe, secure and affordable housing for people living with complex mental health. The purpose-built homes have been expertly designed to offer a tranquil and private base for residents, with access to an onsite clinic and 24/7 caretaker support.
There are 20 apartments. Specialist Disability Accommodation or Social Housing eligibility requirements apply.

Habilis Summer Hill was designed and built to support your mental health and wellbeing. The team will help you feel supported in your living circumstances, so you can maintain your tenancy and reach your future goals.
Your new apartment will provide physical security and personal privacy, along with access to support services and the opportunity to live independently.
How you’ll live
Each apartment is open and spacious, with high ceilings and ample natural light. It comes equipped with a bathroom, cooking facilities, a storage unit and balcony.
In addition the site has a secure perimeter, an onsite caretaker, an office, laundry, and common areas and gardens for community activity.

Habilis is located in Summer Hill, a suburb in the inner west of Sydney. It looks out onto the lush greenery of the Hawthorne Canal, and is next to Taverner鈥檚 Hill light rail stop.
Summer Hill is renowned for its vibrant local community. It boasts a local supermarket, swimming pool, health centre, restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of green spaces for you to enjoy.

Weekly Reasonable Rent Contributions apply, based on the Disability Support Pension for NDIS SDA or Social Housing. A Board and Lodging cost will be charged by Habilis for common items used by tenants.
